We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite featuring balconies upon arrival, and the hotel's location was conveniently close to various stores, the elevator areas, and the cafeteria.

I found everything great, recommend it to anyone. Had great 2 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. King room was attractive and impressive had down pillows. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were provided. The location was ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Zuma Fun Center South Houston. And it was also very close to Houston, and other attractions.

Pool was a little dirty

The hotel's location is perfect, close to the lobby and elevators, as well as theme parks and attractions. They provide a satisfying breakfast and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean sheets.

The staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. The shuttle service to the airport was a big plus. The Southwest Houston district was worth staying in.

The clerk over charged us for our room. We stayed two nights and were over charged by $98! Make sure you check your receipts! Also I booked this room four months in advance and specifically booked a handicap accessible room. We did not receive it. I am in a wheelchair and this made my stay very difficult for me. I was unable to even take a shower. We are in Houston about 7 times a year and I would have stayed at this location again. but because of the horrible customer service, over charging us and not receiving the room I booked. I will not stay here again.

Cozy bed, room looking clean and put together. Can soak in a nice, relaxing bath 🛁. Check-in was speedy and they let us check out late.
